My kitchen is truly BEAUTIFUL!!! Right choice for quality and design. I wouldn't have much else to add, other than to highlight the professionalism of the staff who followed us, in particular Chiara Bianchi. In addition, I would like to underline the skill and mastery demonstrated by the two guys in charge of the assembly, Sorin and Freddy. Fully satisfied!!!

5 star experience from start to finish. Order placed with Paolo who understood what we wanted, the super scrupulous measurement of the measurements allowed Luca to define the kitchen and make sure that it fits like a glove. The kitchen arrived on time and the Etien team fitters were very fast and accurate, also finding a valid alternative solution for the breakfast table. The quality of the materials seems very high, we'll see over time. As a family we are very satisfied.

I purchased my new kitchen last September, I was welcomed at the reception by Lorella, a very nice and knowledgeable girl who introduced me to Claudia the decorator. after 2 hours of appointment we managed to find the solution with a spatial project.... the surveyor came to take the measurements and we reviewed the project.... the order was placed! .....and today they delivered it to me, Etien and his collaborator, very good, polite and clean.....well done from the first to the last.

I purchased my kitchen from Arredissima Brescia and from the first moment I was happy with my choice: the decorator Luca gave us the best advice on the design; Loredana from logistics came to meet us to organize the delivery according to our needs; the assembly team worked quickly and precisely and Luca from assistance immediately helped us resolve a small problem. I couldn't be more satisfied! Absolutely recommended.

Negative experience, My partner has already given his review but I would like to add important details. When we went to the Arredissima shop in via Oberdan we found the decorator Mattia where we had expressed our idea of furniture and our budget, as if he didn't care he showed us 1 table, 1 sofa, 1 room all what is obvious while as far as the kitchen is concerned we had to make it tailor-made, but what I think is if you are a seller try to also offer something that may cost more but that maybe the customer might like, in the worst case scenario he will say no but at least you are engaged. In fact, we started with a budget and doubled it because what he had proposed was not to our liking. Once everything has been ordered they come to assemble the furniture and from there the problems begin, the pantry door broken and scratched, the kitchen doors mostly ruined (which we are then told about this after the second time we change the scratched doors that the material we had chosen was made like this, so here too they could have told us in advance so that we could choose something else), the bed base had to be replaced after 2 months because the paint was coming off, the headboard of the bed that the fitters put in as they felt like it and also drilling into the wall when the one we had seen displayed was mounted totally differently. After a few days the assistance department calls us to ask how the assembly went, I explain everything and make the order for the damaged things, the assemblers came about 6/7 times to ensure that everything was as good as new, it happened to me that the assemblers asked me how they should assemble the headboard of the bed and I imagine that there is little communication between those who give them the job and those who assemble it, even extra pieces arrived that they didn't know what to do with and there too they asked us, so when I say that the professionalism is not there because it is difficult for me to think otherwise. Then fortunately the decorator Luca, whom I also thank, took charge of the situation and arranged the kitchen doors and the bed. Furthermore we had to place a second order to make the corner of the kitchen and put a high panel behind the kitchen, they also sent the wrong panel to us and we were left without it for a few months and we also had to repaint them as we were cooking the wall got dirty. We paid for 2 kitchen panels, 1 which was the one that didn't fit I asked for it to be returned to me as it had already been paid and we could reuse it, to this day that panel has not been returned to us. Our experience is certainly one of the few, or at least I hope so, but it is right to also talk about the slightly more negative side and not just the beautiful experience.
